Cal.com is the booking layer in the standard configuration. Calendly and existing Google or Outlook calendars work too. The AI hands the time-slot conversation directly to the booking widget so the lead is committed before the call ends. Appointment data — name, email, phone, time, notes — writes back to HubSpot, Salesforce, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, Mindbody, Clio, Lawmatics, or any webhook destination, with no double entry. Reminder SMS and email are configurable per appointment type. Reschedule and cancellation flows are handled inside the same widget.
