Brensa Systems was founded by Zohaib Khan in 2026, based in Plano, Texas. Brensa Systems is the assumed name of Norsha Dynamics LLC, registered with the Texas Secretary of State (File 806313545, effective May 5, 2026).

Zohaib's background spans web design, performance marketing, AI infrastructure, and direct sales into local businesses. Brensa exists because of a specific observation about that buyer set: small and mid-size service businesses are losing six and seven figures a year to leaks. No website or a website that doesn't convert — customers search, find nothing or find a bad site, and call the next result. No ad creative in the test queue — nothing reaching cold audiences, nothing bringing in new leads. Plus the operational leaks: phone coverage, DM response time, failed-payment recovery, and dormant-lead reactivation. None of that gets fixed by SaaS — the missing layer is running infrastructure, not buying a product. Virtual assistant services can't keep up with the volumes or the response-time floors the buyer needs. And most agencies sell one thing — a website, a chatbot, or an ad package. Brensa builds the whole growth stack and stays accountable to the result.

The client book is intentionally small. Today there is one founder — Zohaib — doing the system build, the eval-suite reviews, and the on-call rotation when an LLM provider has an incident, so the cadence of new engagements is constrained by what one operator can ship to a high standard each quarter. Every email to hello@brensasystems.com gets answered the same day. We name the LLM behind each agent (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, sometimes both inside one workflow), the platform running each call (Vapi over Twilio), the booking layer (Cal.com), and the billing layer (Stripe). When we miss a guarantee — the 21-day launch, the 90-day metrics — we credit, we refund, or we keep working until we hit it. None of those commitments scale to two hundred clients, which is why we won't sell to two hundred clients.
